Their subordinates too follow the same pattern of hiring while forming their teams.<gwmw style=\"display:none;\"><\/gwmw><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within a short span mediocrity spreads all around impacting the overall performance and lead the enterprise to what can be termed as <strong><em>\u201cOrganisational Coma\u201d<\/em><\/strong>.<gwmw style=\"display:none;\"><\/gwmw><gwmw style=\"display:none;\"><\/gwmw><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" src=\"https:\/\/vidwaan.simapt.com\/cxo-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/education-1580143_640.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-359\" style=\"width:348px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vidwaan.simapt.com\/cxo-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/education-1580143_640.jpg 640w, https:\/\/vidwaan.simapt.com\/cxo-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/education-1580143_640-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><gwmw style=\"display:none;\"><\/gwmw><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the progression of one\u2019s career, a talented manager will have a chance to lead employees with more technical skill and know-how than himself. In such situations, it\u2019s important to accept that: the\u00a0more talented your team members are, the better your team\u2019s results will be, and the better you\u2019ll look for it!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mantra is to learn how to manage talent efficiently, to optimize one\u2019s team strengths and lead the company to success. The real source of energy behind the company\u2019s growth and success comes from its people. Beyond doubt today the knowledgeable and talented workforce is the ones greatest asset. By investing and retaining them actually one is investing in the success of the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other side, leadership gaps are all too common and is typically driven by one factor, insecurity. All leaders may have insecurities whether or not they admit it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many leaders don\u2019t realize how deeply their personal insecurities impacts their managerial styles, and how habitual recurrent these behaviours can become if left unchecked. Not only this trait manifest as undesirable behaviour toward subordinate but they are often embarrassingly obvious to the rest of team.<gwmw style=\"display:none;\"><\/gwmw><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leaders who are honest with themselves and develop stronger self-awareness can make better decisions about what they need to change in order to improve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201cThe golden advice for bosses and companies when it comes to hiring and building teams was shared by Jack Ma at world economic forum in Davos. <gwmw style=\"display: none; background-color: transparent;\"><\/gwmw>Ma said, when managers hire people who are smarter than them, the company grows.
